How can I review my order or check the status of my order?
If you placed an order while signed into your ludaenterprises.com account, you can check the status of your order by signing into My Account/Sign In. While in My Account click My Orders to check the progress and status of your order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot change/cancel it. You will need to reach us via our contact form located in the Contact Us page to further assist you. Please include the description of your item and your request.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a Holiday, Saturday or Sunday or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will be processed the following business day. Normal delivery is 5 – 7 days.
What is the return policy?
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and we will do our best to correct any issues. If you are not happy with the purchase your money will be refunded within 21 days of the purchase date provided that the purchased item is returned in the same condition it was sent. Please carefully read the description before you make a purchase. We do not refund shipping and we cannot be responsible for delays or loss of items in the mail.
I like a piece I saw on your web site, does it come in another color? What would the cost be?
We only make one of a kind of any necklace. If you wanted us to make a specific piece of jewelry that is on our web site, but in the color of your choice, and the piece you wanted copied had not sold, and provided we could find appropriate gemstones in the color you required we would consider your request a ‘custom order’. You would need to sign a document stating that you knew that there was another piece of jewelry of the same design but different color and that you accepted the piece knowing that it was not a ‘one-of-a-kind”. We would also make it known on our web site that there was another piece of the same design in a different color
Do you offer repairs?
Depending on the repair. Repairs are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What is the warranty policy?
We offer a 30 day warranty period.
